Hello, this is my first blog. I really am not that excited about it to tell you the truth. It isn't that I don't like to journal it is just I don't like people to read what I write. I have been a victim of peoples comments which mostly contain, "you can't spell" or "your grammar stinks." My favorite is, "you need to go to back to school if you want to write." Well I did go back to school. Yay me! So, this blog is a class assignment. This is my journey through integral health. I decided to look at my ancestral heritage and use the language of my forefathers. Therefore, kehon, mielen henki: body, mind, spirit.
Looks like you did a pretty good job to me!
ReplyDeleteAwesome Debbie!
ReplyDeleteI look forward to reading more about your thoughts - You've done quite well so far!

I’ve never done a journal for school before so I am not sure exactly what to expect and I am not sure how I feel about blogging regularly for class, or using blogger as the service since I am used to Wordpress. I love the title of the blog, especially now that I know the meaning.
ReplyDeleteAs far as people who leave negative comments and tell you that your grammar stinks or that you need to go back to school – ignore them. The internet is full of people who like to “troll” (annoy people, make derogatory comments, etc) and spend most of their day doing only that.
I think you've done a fine job so far with your blog, and if you decide you don’t like it we’re done in another nine weeks anyway, right?
Hello Debbie!
ReplyDeleteI am a runner and often go over things in my mind that have upset me while I run. I cannot think of a time in which I was still upset by mile 2. I find running is a good form of meditation for me but I still need that time to slow things down. I enjoyed the Loving-Kindness exercise and it just so happened there was a family member in the hospital while I practiced. The music itself is relaxing and I can feel my mind begin to unwind as I listen.
